2021 special edition merchandise orders will be processed in two batches:
- For orders placed on or before 16th June, your order will be hand-printed and posted out to you by early July.
- For orders placed between 17th June and 25th July, your order will be hand-printed and posted out to you by mid August.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail. Depending on where you are in the world you can expect the following shipping times:

Please remember that these shipping times are estimates and are based on Royal Mail’s guidance. If you still haven’t received your order 4 weeks after being notified that your order has shipped, please email [email protected] and we’ll try and find out what happened.
If you are ordering outside the UK you may need to pay customs charges for your order.
Please ensure that you check your country’s customs and import charges before placing your order.
Changed your mind
You got your order, but you’ve decided you’d like to return it. No problem! To return your order:
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you’d like to return it. If your order included multiple items please let us know which items you’ll be returning.
- Package your order up all snug and secure so it doesn’t get damaged in transit, and please add a note in the package with your order details so that we know who you are! Then post it back to us at this address (we ask that you cover the cost of postage):

Please note that your order must be in new condition, and we need to receive it within 14 days of your email.
When it arrives we’ll process your refund within 14 days, to whichever payment method you used to place the order.
Received the wrong item / received damaged or defective merchandise
Sorry about that! We want to get it sorted out right away so please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll make it right. Please email us at [email protected] to let us know what’s wrong with your order and we’ll get it sorted.
Please note that because the 2021 special edition merchandise is made to order, it may not be possible for us to provide you with a replacement if there’s a problem. But we will be happy to issue a full refund for any items affected.
