Shipping

We will do our best to get your order sent out within 15 working days from your order. After that, shipping times can vary but should usually be as follows:

Country Shipping Time
United Kingdom 2-3 working days (Royal Mail, 2nd class)

Please remember that these shipping times are estimates and are based on the Royal Mail’s guidance. If you still haven’t received your order after 4 weeks, Email us please and we’ll see if we can work out what might have happened.

Returns

You got your order, but you’ve decided you’d like to return it. No problem! All you need to do is send it back in new condition within 14 calendar days of delivery (we ask that you cover the return postage).

When it arrives, we’ll process it and then offer you the choice of a refund or replacement. If you’d like a refund, we’ll send it through within 30 days of receipt, to whichever payment type you used on the order.

To return your order:

  1. Package it up all snug and secure so it doesn’t get damaged in transit. Please add a note into the package with your name and address (as per the order) so we know who you are!
  2. Email us (sales@transpridebrighton.org) to let us know why you’re sending it back and to tell us whether you’d like something else or just a refund.
  3. Send it to: Trans Pride Brighton, c/o Community Base, 113 Queens Road, Brighton, BN1 3XG

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Sorry about that! We want to get it sorted out right away so please return it as soon as possible and we’ll make it right. If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, we’ll get it processed within 30 days.
